Your order will be on its way soon and handled with the utmost care by the professionals at FedEx. However, personalising M&M'S chocolate candies takes a little bit longer. Shipping costs vary based on the products in your order, which shipping method you choose and the location you are shipping to.

Tax Policy
Applicable sales tax will be charged to orders shipped to the following states: Florida, Illinois, New Jersey, Nevada, New York, Pennsylvania and Texas.

Return Policy
We are committed to quality and customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase please contact our customer care team at 1-888-696-6788, Mon-Fri, 9am-7pm ET and we will be happy to assist you to ensure you have had the great experience you expect from our brand.

Terms are subject to change. Purchases made offline are not eligible for rewards. Business purchases are eligible for Member rewards only if the purchase is made for a Member’s business. Purchases made for customers will not be eligible for Member rewards.

If you believe you have a purchase that did not register in your Earned Activity Report, please check your Click History. The purchase must have a Click ID in order to submit a purchase inquiry. Once you locate the Click ID associated with the purchase, please email a copy of the invoice to commissions@rovia.com. Invoices must be submitted at least 30 days past the date of purchase and within six months of the purchase. The merchant is unable to investigate invoices submitted outside of this timeframe. Please note, once you submit a purchase inquiry, the merchant may take up to 16 weeks to complete their investigation. You will be notified of the outcome as soon as the investigation is complete.
