Shipping Policy
For a limited time, we are offering free Super Saver shipping on all orders of $30 or more that are shipping within the Continental U.S. There are still a few restrictions, including ball machines, balls, and court equipment. Please see our Shipping Restrictions section for a complete list. *We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience, but at this time our free ground shipping offer is not available for our customers in Hawaii and Alaska.
Tax Policy
A 6% sales tax is applied to all orders shipped within the state of Maryland. Orders shipped outside of the state of Maryland are not charged sales tax.
Payment Policy
We accept VISA, MasterCard, Amex, Discover, Holabird Sports Gift Certificates, and Holabird Sports Gift Cards. ll of the forms of payment listed, plus personal checks, cashier’s checks, and money orders. Please note: All starter checks will be held 18 days for clearance. Personal checks from Canada must include a 9-digit routing number and be submitted in U.S. Dollars.
Return Policy
We want your experience with Holabird Sports to be as perfect as possible. Therefore, as soon as your order arrives, please look at it carefully. If you aren’t 100% satisfied, contact us and we’ll happily help you arrange an exchange or return. We never charge a restocking fee. All returns must be made within 90 days of the original order date and may be exchanged or refunded.

Purchase Inquiries:
If you believe you have a purchase that did not register in your Earned Activity
Report, please check your Click History. The purchase must have a Click ID in order
to submit a purchase inquiry. Once you locate the Click ID associated with the
purchase, please email a copy of the invoice to commissions@rovia.com. Invoices
must be submitted at least 30 days past the date of purchase and within six months
of the purchase. The merchant is unable to investigate invoices submitted outside
of this timeframe. Please note, once you submit a purchase inquiry, the merchant
may take up to 16 weeks to complete their investigation. You will be notified of
the outcome as soon as the investigation is complete.
