Shipping Policy
We ship most in-stock merchandise within 24 hours of receiving your order! Our standard shipping and handling charges cover most items. Certain heavy or oversized items may have extra shipping costs. Standard shipping and handling charges are based on the total price of merchandise shipped to each delivery address within the 48 contiguous states. Standard Ground Service requires 5-7 business days. For Express Delivery, just $8.99 for each delivery address to upgrade to our HearthSong Express Delivery. Your order will arrive on the 2nd business day (Monday-Friday) after it ships from our distribution center or we'll promptly refund both your regular Shipping and Handling charges and the cost of Express Delivery. Please note that shipping charges are estimated and do not take into account multiple, oversized packages. We estimate shipping costs in order to keep shipping costs as minimal as possible. Actual shipping charges will be calculated and added when your order is processed.

Tax Policy
Where required to by law, HearthSong collects applicable state and local sales taxes on your order and shipping charges. HearthSong/CWDkids is not required to and does not collect sales or use tax in all states. However, although this purchase is made over the Internet or by other remote means, it is not exempt from sales or use tax in the state in which you reside. States (except Alaska, Delaware, Montana, New Hampshire and Oregon) require residents to pay a sales/use tax to the state tax authorities.

Return Policy
At HearthSong, our goal is to make sure you're completely satisfied with every purchase. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, return it within 90 days. If your item is defective, you have one year from the date of purchase to return it. Please note that personalized items are not returnable.

Terms are subject to change. Purchases made offline are not eligible for rewards. Business purchases are eligible for Member rewards only if the purchase is made for a Member’s business. Purchases made for customers will not be eligible for Member rewards.

If you believe you have a purchase that did not register in your Earned Activity Report, please check your Click History. The purchase must have a Click ID in order to submit a purchase inquiry. Once you locate the Click ID associated with the purchase, please email a copy of the invoice to commissions@rovia.com. Invoices must be submitted at least 30 days past the date of purchase and within six months of the purchase. The merchant is unable to investigate invoices submitted outside of this timeframe. Please note, once you submit a purchase inquiry, the merchant may take up to 16 weeks to complete their investigation. You will be notified of the outcome as soon as the investigation is complete.
