Shipping Policy
Posted shipping time frame, if provided, may vary from item to item. The posted shipping time frame is contingent upon credit card approval and may be delayed should we experience difficulties in obtaining authorization.

Tax Policy
For orders shipping within the US, sales tax will be charged at checkout only on orders shipping to New York and California. Within the EU, prices displayed on the website are inclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT). If you are shipping to any other region outside of the US and EU, applicable duties will be charged at checkout. All other non-customs-related local taxes are the customer’s responsibility, and Moda Operandi is not responsible for reporting or paying additional local taxes to states, such as Use Tax. Taxes and Duties (other than VAT) are calculated on the total merchandise value, after discounts or promotions have been applied. For trunkshow orders, Taxes and Duties will be processed on the second payment.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Visa Debit, Discover, JCB, and AmazonPay.

Return Policy
Moda Operandi offers complimentary return shipping on all orders. Accept timely returns of new and unused products within 15 days from the date you received your order.

Terms are subject to change. Purchases made offline are not eligible for rewards. Business purchases are eligible for Member rewards only if the purchase is made for a Member’s business. Purchases made for customers will not be eligible for Member rewards.

If you believe you have a purchase that did not register in your Earned Activity Report, please check your Click History. The purchase must have a Click ID in order to submit a purchase inquiry. Once you locate the Click ID associated with the purchase, please email a copy of the invoice to commissions@rovia.com. Invoices must be submitted at least 30 days past the date of purchase and within six months of the purchase. The merchant is unable to investigate invoices submitted outside of this timeframe. Please note, once you submit a purchase inquiry, the merchant may take up to 16 weeks to complete their investigation. You will be notified of the outcome as soon as the investigation is complete.
