Shipping Policy
All orders placed Monday - Friday before 12pm PST ship within 24 hours. All orders placed after the cut off time will ship the following business day. For consumer protection, all orders are subject for review. On occasion, this may cause a slight delay in processing your order. Your patience is greatly appreciated. Note: Orders placed during weekends, special promotions (Black Friday/Cyber Monday) and holidays may take additional processing time due to increased order volume. Please allow 1-2 extra days for order processing.

Return Policy
We want you to be completely happy with your new purchase. If you don't love it, send it back, it's that easy! We will gladly accept unworn, unwashed, unaltered or unused merchandise in sellable condition for a full refund within 30 days* of purchase. Please allow 2 to 4 business days to process the return once it’s received. You will be notified via email once the refund has been issued.

for a Member’s business. Purchases made for customers will not be eligible for Member rewards.
Purchase Inquiries:
If you believe you have a purchase that did not register in your Earned Activity
Report, please check your Click History. The purchase must have a Click ID in order
to submit a purchase inquiry. Once you locate the Click ID associated with the
purchase, please email a copy of the invoice to commissions@rovia.com. Invoices
must be submitted at least 30 days past the date of purchase and within six months
of the purchase. The merchant is unable to investigate invoices submitted outside
of this timeframe. Please note, once you submit a purchase inquiry, the merchant
may take up to 16 weeks to complete their investigation. You will be notified of
the outcome as soon as the investigation is complete.
