We partner with UPS for order delivery. We offer UPS Ground, 3-Day Select, 2nd Day Air, Next Day Air Saver, and Next Day Air options. The UPS package guarantee does not apply when transportation networks are disrupted due to causes beyond UPS’s control.
Tax Policy
You are being charged sales tax on your order because Algenist has a nexus in your state. Nexus, also known as sufficient physical presence, is the determining factor of whether an out-of-state business selling products into a state is liable for collecting the tax on sales in the state. This presence gives the state the right to require a company to pay or collect and remit certain taxes.

Return Policy
Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely happy with your Algenist skincare products, you may return them within 30 days of your order date. If you received a free gift with your purchase, you must return the free gift in addition to the products purchased. You will receive a full refund on the cost of your purchase. Business purchases are eligible for Member rewards only if the purchase is made
for a Member’s business. Purchases made for customers will not be eligible for Member rewards.
Purchase Inquiries:
If you believe you have a purchase that did not register in your Earned Activity
Report, please check your Click History. The purchase must have a Click ID in order
to submit a purchase inquiry. Once you locate the Click ID associated with the
purchase, please email a copy of the invoice to commissions@rovia.com. Invoices
must be submitted at least 30 days past the date of purchase and within six months
of the purchase. The merchant is unable to investigate invoices submitted outside
of this timeframe. Please note, once you submit a purchase inquiry, the merchant
may take up to 16 weeks to complete their investigation. You will be notified of
the outcome as soon as the investigation is complete.
