Shipping Policy
Once your order is placed, it is immediately sent to our fulfillment center for processing. Orders cannot be canceled once they are sent to our fulfillment center. Orders are processed for shipment within 2 business days, based on in-stock availability. Transit times listed on our website and in the table below are in addition to this order processing time. Shipping rates apply to shipments made within the 48 contiguous United States, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the Trust Territories.
Tax Policy
Sales tax will depend on the shipping destination and will be calculated during checkout. For international orders, some countries will also require additional duties and taxes.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Paypal.
Return Policy
We will accept returns for any products ordered from AeroGrow within 30 days of receipt for a full refund, minus your original shipping cost. Please call AeroGrow Customer Service at 1-800-476-9669 and we will provide you with an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number that must be prominently displayed on the outside of the package. Orders returned without an RMA number may not be refundable, or may be subject to a 10% restocking fee.

Business purchases are eligible for Member rewards only if the purchase is made
for a Member’s business. Purchases made for customers will not be eligible for Member rewards.
Purchase Inquiries:
If you believe you have a purchase that did not register in your Earned Activity
Report, please check your Click History. The purchase must have a Click ID in order
to submit a purchase inquiry. Once you locate the Click ID associated with the
purchase, please email a copy of the invoice to commissions@rovia.com. Invoices
must be submitted at least 30 days past the date of purchase and within six months
of the purchase. The merchant is unable to investigate invoices submitted outside
of this timeframe. Please note, once you submit a purchase inquiry, the merchant
may take up to 16 weeks to complete their investigation. You will be notified of
the outcome as soon as the investigation is complete.
