Shipping Policy
When you check out, you can view the shipping and handling charges for your order. In the rare case that shipping and handling charges exceed the amount shown, we will notify you. The state or province may require tax to be applied to shipping and handling charges. Shopatron Standard: Shipping Charges are USD$ 6.90 Minimum Charge of USD$ 6.90. International Orders: Unfortunately, at this time, Mizuno USA does not ship outside of the US.
Tax Policy
Tax will be applied to your order if it is delivered from the same state or province as your shipping address. Some areas require tax to be assessed on shipping and handling charges. We don't know the fulfillment location until after you place your order, so your checkout screen and order confirmation email may not include taxes.
Payment Policy
We accept Visa, American Express, and Discover. Some stores accept other payment methods, such as PayPal and Bill Me Later. The payment methods for this store are listed when you check out. COD orders are not accepted. Shopatron does not accept credit card numbers delivered by email. You should never send credit card numbers by email, as this is not a secure practice.
Return Policy
A return merchandise authorization (RMA) is required for all returns. You can request an RMA online or by calling Order Support at (800) 392-9899 and we will issue one for you. Returns can only be requested within 30 days of the product shipment date. Your order must be returned to the merchant shipper in order to receive full product credit. Shipping costs will not be refunded. Returned items must be in their original packaging and in new condition, or they will be rejected and sent back to you. Business purchases are eligible for Member rewards only if the purchase is made
for a Member’s business. Purchases made for customers will not be eligible for Member rewards.
Purchase Inquiries:
If you believe you have a purchase that did not register in your Earned Activity
Report, please check your Click History. The purchase must have a Click ID in order
to submit a purchase inquiry. Once you locate the Click ID associated with the
purchase, please email a copy of the invoice to commissions@rovia.com. Invoices
must be submitted at least 30 days past the date of purchase and within six months
of the purchase. The merchant is unable to investigate invoices submitted outside
of this timeframe. Please note, once you submit a purchase inquiry, the merchant
may take up to 16 weeks to complete their investigation. You will be notified of
the outcome as soon as the investigation is complete.
