Free on orders over $50, Delivery is Monday to Saturday. Please allow 2-3 working days for delivery following dispatch.

Tax Policy
Any order placed for delivery outside of the UK could result in import duties and taxes (including VAT). We recommend that you contact your local customs office for information as customs policies and practices vary widely from country to country.

Return Policy
Unless an item is faulty, returns should be made within 28 days of receiving your order. Please contact our Customer Service team to arrange your return. Please be aware that you must contact us and request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Contact us by logging into your account here or contact us on live chat.

Terms are subject to change. Purchases made offline are not eligible for rewards. Business purchases are eligible for Member rewards only if the purchase is made for a Member’s business. Purchases made for customers will not be eligible for Member rewards.

If you believe you have a purchase that did not register in your Earned Activity Report, please check your Click History. The purchase must have a Click ID in order to submit a purchase inquiry. Once you locate the Click ID associated with the purchase, please email a copy of the invoice to commissions@rovia.com. Invoices must be submitted at least 30 days past the date of purchase and within six months of the purchase. The merchant is unable to investigate invoices submitted outside of this timeframe. Please note, once you submit a purchase inquiry, the merchant may take up to 16 weeks to complete their investigation. You will be notified of the outcome as soon as the investigation is complete.
