Shipping Policy
A Pup Above purchases come with free UPS or FedEx ground shipping, which is 1-3 business days. All one and two day shipments go out Monday - Wednesday of each week. Three day shipments go out on Monday and Tuesday of each week. Unfortunately, we don’t ship on Saturdays or Sundays (yet)! While A Pup Above is based in Austin, TX, we do ship all of our online orders out of our fulfillment center in Nebraska. The central location of Nebraska enables us to reach most of the country with 1-2 day ground shipping.
Tax Policy
Sales tax will depend on the shipping destination and will be calculated during checkout. For international orders, some countries will also require additional duties and taxes.

Return Policy

Purchase Inquiries:
If you believe you have a purchase that did not register in your Earned Activity
Report, please check your Click History. The purchase must have a Click ID in order
to submit a purchase inquiry. Once you locate the Click ID associated with the
purchase, please email a copy of the invoice to commissions@rovia.com. Invoices
must be submitted at least 30 days past the date of purchase and within six months
of the purchase. The merchant is unable to investigate invoices submitted outside
of this timeframe. Please note, once you submit a purchase inquiry, the merchant
may take up to 16 weeks to complete their investigation. You will be notified of
the outcome as soon as the investigation is complete.
