Our shipping charges are based on the method of service and the location. To make sure you receive the fewest shipments possible, we’ll do our best to ship everything to you at once. If we need to send you more than one shipment, we’ll only charge you ONCE for the charges that apply to the total value of your order. While we do not require signatures for most deliveries, we do recommend that you have someone available to accept the package. Our warehouse is based in the United States and ships Monday through Friday. While we make every attempt to process orders on the day they are placed – only orders that are ordered PRIOR to 11 AM PST with next business day shipping will be guaranteed to ship out the same day – subject to order verification and credit approval.
Yes. Sales tax will be applied to online purchases made by customers in all states in accordance to state/city/county regulations. Sales tax is charged based on the shipping address of the order. Sales tax is exempt in the following states: Alaska, Delaware, Minnesota (clothing/footwear are exempt), Montana, New Hampshire, Oregon, Rhode Island (on clothing/footwear purchases less than $250).

To be eligible for return, your product must meet the following criteria: Be an authentic UGG product, Purchased within the last 30 days, Be in a new and unused condition, Be sent back as a complete pair. Whether you purchased your item online or in a store, you have the option to send your product back to our warehouse for an exchange or credit within 30 days of original purchase.
Terms are subject to change. Purchases made offline are not eligible for rewards.
Business purchases are eligible for Member rewards only if the purchase is made
for a Member’s business. Purchases made for customers will not be eligible for Member rewards.
If you believe you have a purchase that did not register in your Earned Activity
Report, please check your Click History. The purchase must have a Click ID in order
to submit a purchase inquiry. Once you locate the Click ID associated with the
purchase, please email a copy of the invoice to email@example.com. Invoices
must be submitted at least 30 days past the date of purchase and within six months
of the purchase. The merchant is unable to investigate invoices submitted outside
of this timeframe. Please note, once you submit a purchase inquiry, the merchant
may take up to 16 weeks to complete their investigation. You will be notified of
the outcome as soon as the investigation is complete.
