Shipping Policy
Shipping times are based on in-stock items and your selected shipping method. To estimate the arrival date of your order, add the processing time and the shipping time to calculate the total shipping time in business days to receive your items. If an item is not in-stock, additional delivery time will apply based on the products availability and must be added to the total shipping time. If you live within 100 miles of our Glenview, IL store, we have a delivery fleet that provides delivery and professional installation. At this time we only ship within the continental United States, Canada and Mexico (Excluding Orders to Hawaii, Alaska or Puerto Rico).

Tax Policy
Our shopping cart automatically calculates the appropriate taxes during the checkout process. Abt is not required to collect sales tax on orders delivered outside of these states. Return Policy
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, use our simple online return process to return it within 30 days(some restrictions apply). All returned or exchanged items must be in their original box and include packing material, manuals, and all accessories. Terms are subject to change. Purchases made offline are not eligible for rewards. Business purchases are eligible for Member rewards only if the purchase is made for a Member’s business. Purchases made for customers will not be eligible for Member rewards.

If you believe you have a purchase that did not register in your Earned Activity Report, please check your Click History. The purchase must have a Click ID in order to submit a purchase inquiry. Once you locate the Click ID associated with the purchase, please email a copy of the invoice to commissions@rovia.com. Invoices must be submitted at least 30 days past the date of purchase and within six months of the purchase. The merchant is unable to investigate invoices submitted outside of this timeframe. Please note, once you submit a purchase inquiry, the merchant may take up to 16 weeks to complete their investigation. You will be notified of the outcome as soon as the investigation is complete.
