Shipping Policy
Most product orders placed before 1 PM EST on business days, Monday thru Friday (excluding federal holidays within the U.S.) will ship the same day. Product orders placed after 1 PM EST are shipped the next business day. You will not be charged for any product until it has shipped. To expedite your shipping method, your order must be received and clear credit authorization by 12 PM (noon) EST or your order may not be processed until the following business day. Gift Cards are shipped via USPS First Class service only. Standard USPS First Class shipping of Gift Cards is free of charge. Expedited shipping is available for an additional charge. Gift Card orders that clear credit authorization after 8 PM EST will process the following business day.

Tax Policy
Sales tax will depend on the shipping destination and will be calculated during checkout. For international orders, some countries will also require additional duties and taxes.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Affirm, adidas gift cards and PayPal.

Return Policy
At adidas, we create products that help you perform better, play better, and feel better! Whether you're using our shoes and apparel on the street, court, field, or in the studio, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your adidas.com order, we will offer you a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Some restrictions apply. Because personalized products are made just for you, they are not returnable. Hype products such as Yeezy should be returned via the online returns portal within seven days of the delivery date. The product page communicates the seven-day return window during the ordering process. Packages must be sent from physically within the United States to utilize free returns on adidas.com. Please note that the return label is not valid through USPS for APO/FPO returns.

Terms are subject to change. Purchases made offline are not eligible for rewards. Business purchases are eligible for Member rewards only if the purchase is made for a Member’s business. Purchases made for customers will not be eligible for Member rewards.

If you believe you have a purchase that did not register in your Earned Activity Report, please check your Click History. The purchase must have a Click ID in order to submit a purchase inquiry. Once you locate the Click ID associated with the purchase, please email a copy of the invoice to commissions@rovia.com. Invoices must be submitted at least 30 days past the date of purchase and within six months of the purchase. The merchant is unable to investigate invoices submitted outside of this timeframe. Please note, once you submit a purchase inquiry, the merchant may take up to 16 weeks to complete their investigation. You will be notified of the outcome as soon as the investigation is complete.
