All orders are shipped with the United States Postal Service (USPS) from our warehouse in New Jersey. As soon as your order has been dispatched you will receive an email with the details of your shipment and your tracking number. The delivery within the US takes approximately 2-5 business days. Shipping is free for all orders with a value of $45 or more. If your order is less than $45 total, a shipping charge of $4 will be added to your order.
Sales tax might apply depending on state you are shipping to and will be displayed before confirming your order online.

You have the right to return all products you have bought from www.happysocks.com for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving them. Items bought from our online store can not be returned or exchanged in a retail or concept store. All items have to be unused with labels and packaging intact. When you return or exchange any product, you must cover the shipping charges. As soon as we receive your return, we will process your exchange or refund request. Please note that you will not be reimbursed for the original shipping charges. When returning products, ensure you include a brief explanatory note which includes your name, order number and reason for return/exchange. We do not take responsibility for any items lost during the return shipping.
Terms are subject to change. Purchases made offline are not eligible for rewards.
Business purchases are eligible for Member rewards only if the purchase is made
for a Member’s business. Purchases made for customers will not be eligible for Member rewards.
If you believe you have a purchase that did not register in your Earned Activity
Report, please check your Click History. The purchase must have a Click ID in order
to submit a purchase inquiry. Once you locate the Click ID associated with the
purchase, please email a copy of the invoice to email@example.com. Invoices
must be submitted at least 30 days past the date of purchase and within six months
of the purchase. The merchant is unable to investigate invoices submitted outside
of this timeframe. Please note, once you submit a purchase inquiry, the merchant
may take up to 16 weeks to complete their investigation. You will be notified of
the outcome as soon as the investigation is complete.
