Shipping Policy
Most items may be shipped to the contiguous states of the United States, excluding California, via Standard Ground service. You can expect your order to arrive within 3-5 business days. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. The order has to be placed before 2:00pm CST (Central Standard Time) Monday - Friday (excluding federal holidays within the United States) in order to process the same day. PLEASE NOTE: Academy ships to the contiguous states of the United States, excluding California. We currently do not offer shipping to Alaska, California, Hawaii or U.S. territories, such as Puerto Rico. Academy does not offer shipping outside of the United States. Shipping costs for orders placed on academy.com are based on the shipping address, weight and size of the item and method of shipment.

Tax Policy
Tax is applicable in AL, AR, AZ, CA, CO, CT, FL, GA, IA, ID, IL, IN, KS, KY, LA, MA, MD, ME, MI, MN, MO, MS, NC, ND, NE, NM, NJ, NV, NY, OK, OH, PA, RI, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VA, VT, WA, WI, WV, WY and District of Columbia and based upon state and local taxes.

Return Policy
You can return merchandise purchased at an Academy store or at academy.com to any Academy store within 60 days of purchase. Academy Sports + Outdoors is committed to keeping our prices low everyday by preventing fraud and abuse in the return process. We carefully monitor returns for fraud and abuse and we reserve the right to limit returns or exchanges, regardless of your presentation of a valid receipt or packing slip. Academy may limit or refuse returns, deactivate merchandise credits and gift cards. Academy may take reasonable action to prevent fraud and abuse and to otherwise enforce this Policy and all other policies, laws, rules, and regulations governing Academy, its customers and their shopping experience.

Terms are subject to change. Purchases made offline are not eligible for rewards. Business purchases are eligible for Member rewards only if the purchase is made for a Member’s business. Purchases made for customers will not be eligible for Member rewards.

If you believe you have a purchase that did not register in your Earned Activity Report, please check your Click History. The purchase must have a Click ID in order to submit a purchase inquiry. Once you locate the Click ID associated with the purchase, please email a copy of the invoice to commissions@rovia.com. Invoices must be submitted at least 30 days past the date of purchase and within six months of the purchase. The merchant is unable to investigate invoices submitted outside of this timeframe. Please note, once you submit a purchase inquiry, the merchant may take up to 16 weeks to complete their investigation. You will be notified of the outcome as soon as the investigation is complete.
