We ship to: the 50 United States, Puerto Rico, Canada, Mexico and APO/FPO addresses. Next-Day and 2-Day delivery are not available to APO/FPO addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Canada, Mexico or post office boxes. Next Day Shipping orders must be submitted before 1 PM EST.
All prices are in U.S. dollars and do not include taxes. Taxes, where payable, are added to your order before you check out. New York & Company charges applicable taxes on orders that ship to all countries and all states except: Alaska, Hawaii, Montana, Oregon, Vermont and Wyoming & does not charge taxes on orders that ship to Puerto Rico. In states where tax is charged, applicable taxes will be charged on merchandise, shipping and gift packaging as appropriate. Please note that some jurisdictions have different tax rates for apparel and accessories.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with any item purchased, simply return it within 45 days of the order date. Other than defective items, all merchandise must be in its original condition (unwashed, unworn, & price tickets attached). Items can be returned by mail, New York & Company items can be returned to any New York & Company store (excluding New York & Company Outlet Stores), & Fashion To Figure items can be returned to any Fashion To Figure store. Online Exclusive items must be returned by mail. Items marked as "Final Sale. No Returns" are not eligible for returns. Due to the intimate nature & hygienic standards, lingerie & shapewear are not eligible for returns. Beauty products may be returned if unopened and in the original cellophane wrapping.

Business purchases are eligible for Member rewards only if the purchase is made
for a Member’s business. Purchases made for customers will not be eligible for Member rewards.
If you believe you have a purchase that did not register in your Earned Activity
Report, please check your Click History. The purchase must have a Click ID in order
to submit a purchase inquiry. Once you locate the Click ID associated with the
purchase, please email a copy of the invoice to email@example.com. Invoices
must be submitted at least 30 days past the date of purchase and within six months
of the purchase. The merchant is unable to investigate invoices submitted outside
of this timeframe. Please note, once you submit a purchase inquiry, the merchant
may take up to 16 weeks to complete their investigation. You will be notified of
the outcome as soon as the investigation is complete.
