Overnight Delivery to Mainland USA for only $19.99, Order before 4pm CST Monday to Thursday for Delivery Next Day With Fedex and all orders are dispatched from Shepherdsville (KY). Tracked Delivery to Canada for only $9.99. Tracked Delivery with all duties paid. All orders are dispatched from Shepherdsville (KY) via Canada Post. Delivery time 5-10 Days.
Tax Policy
The taxes we charge on merchandise are based on state and local tax laws and tax rates. Where required, tax is also applied to the shipping and handling charges. If you return an item for a refund, the refund includes the taxes you paid for that item. There is no refund for taxes paid on shipping and handling; shipping and handling charges are non-refundable as soon as an item has shipped.

If any errors occur or issues arise then these need to be reported to us immediately so we can investigate. Before attempting to return an order or item you will needto contact our customer service team to request a returns authorisation number. Without this number it can be difficult to process your return meaning theprocess may take longer.

for a Member’s business. Purchases made for customers will not be eligible for Member rewards.
Purchase Inquiries:
If you believe you have a purchase that did not register in your Earned Activity
Report, please check your Click History. The purchase must have a Click ID in order
to submit a purchase inquiry. Once you locate the Click ID associated with the
purchase, please email a copy of the invoice to commissions@rovia.com. Invoices
must be submitted at least 30 days past the date of purchase and within six months
of the purchase. The merchant is unable to investigate invoices submitted outside
of this timeframe. Please note, once you submit a purchase inquiry, the merchant
may take up to 16 weeks to complete their investigation. You will be notified of
the outcome as soon as the investigation is complete.
