Your 10-Free-Tree membership package will ship by USPS bulk rate. All Nursery orders ship USPS Priority or UPS Ground depending on the size/weight of the order. The majority of Nursery orders will travel by USPS Priority. All of our trees can be delivered to a PO Box. If your package is too large to fit, the post office will leave a card in your box indicating the arrival of your trees. To be sure that your trees arrive in a strong and healthy condition, we ship bare root stock only when it is dormant in the fall and spring seasons. Trees are sent according to your local climate and this year's weather.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.
Once your order has been sent to our nursery location for processing, it cannot be canceled. You can, however, refuse the order upon delivery. By doing so, you will be refunded the cost of the trees but not the $9.95 shipping. The only exception to this is if there is an error in the shipment (i.e., the wrong trees were shipped or the trees were dead on arrival).
Terms are subject to change. Purchases made offline are not eligible for rewards.
Business purchases are eligible for Member rewards only if the purchase is made
for a Member’s business. Purchases made for customers will not be eligible for Member rewards.
If you believe you have a purchase that did not register in your Earned Activity
Report, please check your Click History. The purchase must have a Click ID in order
to submit a purchase inquiry. Once you locate the Click ID associated with the
purchase, please email a copy of the invoice to email@example.com. Invoices
must be submitted at least 30 days past the date of purchase and within six months
of the purchase. The merchant is unable to investigate invoices submitted outside
of this timeframe. Please note, once you submit a purchase inquiry, the merchant
may take up to 16 weeks to complete their investigation. You will be notified of
the outcome as soon as the investigation is complete.
