Standard Shipping is available to all locations within the 48 contiguous United States. Standard Shipping Orders are typically processed within 48 hours. To expedite the shipping process and minimize delays, please ensure that all supplied billing information is correct and that alternate delivery address are on file with your bank or credit card company. The Time-In-Transit map estimates the number of business days required for you to receive your order, this map is for reference only and is not a guarantee. We are not responsible for shipping delays due to inclement weather and we do not issue refunds for shipping costs if a delivery date is missed. The merchandise you order may be fulfilled from several locations, which may cause items to arrive separately. You will not incur additional shipping charges under these circumstances.

If your credit card billing address is in the state of California and your ship to address is not, you will not be charged sales tax. An 7.75% sales tax is automatically calculated on the value of the merchandise as required by California State law. An 8.25% sales tax is automatically calculated on the value of the merchandise as required by Texas State law. For South Dakota, a sales tax is automatically calculated on the value of the merchandise as required by state law; the percentage varies by destination.

If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return an item covered by our Standard Return Policy within 90 days from the original date of purchase. Items that are returned within 30 days of purchase, will not incur a restocking fee. Items that are being returned must be in new and unused condition. Additionally all original boxes, bags, packaging and literature must be in new condition and included with the returned product. Please make sure the items you wish to return meet these criteria prior to proceeding. If you purchase multiple sizes of the same product (i.e. skates in 6.5D, 7.0D & 7.5D) and choose to return some, but not all products, you will be responsible for a 10% restocking fee even if it is returned within 30 days of purchase. Other restrictions may apply.

If you believe you have a purchase that did not register in your Earned Activity
Report, please check your Click History. The purchase must have a Click ID in order
to submit a purchase inquiry. Once you locate the Click ID associated with the
purchase, please email a copy of the invoice to email@example.com. Invoices
must be submitted at least 30 days past the date of purchase and within six months
of the purchase. The merchant is unable to investigate invoices submitted outside
of this timeframe. Please note, once you submit a purchase inquiry, the merchant
may take up to 16 weeks to complete their investigation. You will be notified of
the outcome as soon as the investigation is complete.
