AC Lens uses FedEx and the United States Postal Service depending on region and selected shipping method. If you would like to leave us notes regarding use of one particular carrier, you may do so in the Special Instructions field at checkout or give us a call at 1-888-248-LENS. Shipping and handling charges include actual shipping costs, as well as order processing, labor and materials charges associated with handling an order. Lenses sold from stock ship within 24-48 hours. We will advise you before processing your order if delays are likely due to manufacturer back-orders, etc. If you have questions regarding shipping, please contact customer service at 1-888-248-LENS.
Some governments (especially Europe and Asia) collect Duties, Sales Taxes or Value Added Taxes (VAT) on contact lenses, glasses and other optical items. Such duties and/or taxes are NOT included in the purchase price of your order. It is the responsibility of the buyer to pay any such taxes as required by local statute at the point of delivery.

AC Lens makes returns easy and we don't charge you a thing. So, no matter what your reason is, U.S. customers can return items up to 365 days from the shipping date for free.
Terms are subject to change. Purchases made offline are not eligible for rewards.
Business purchases are eligible for Member rewards only if the purchase is made
for a Member’s business. Purchases made for customers will not be eligible for Member rewards.
If you believe you have a purchase that did not register in your Earned Activity
Report, please check your Click History. The purchase must have a Click ID in order
to submit a purchase inquiry. Once you locate the Click ID associated with the
purchase, please email a copy of the invoice to email@example.com. Invoices
must be submitted at least 30 days past the date of purchase and within six months
of the purchase. The merchant is unable to investigate invoices submitted outside
of this timeframe. Please note, once you submit a purchase inquiry, the merchant
may take up to 16 weeks to complete their investigation. You will be notified of
the outcome as soon as the investigation is complete.
