Shipping Policy
ANNTAYLOR.COM can ship orders to all locations within the United States and Puerto Rico as well as internationally. Our shipping and handling options include Standard Shipping, 3-Day Business Shipping and Next Day Business Shipping. To ensure the prompt delivery of your order, we recommend that you place your order by 3 PM EST. Business day refers to Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Saturdays and Sundays delivery are currently not available.

Tax Policy
ANNTAYLOR.COM follows all applicable taxing regulations for the areas we do business. Each of the 50 U.S states and Puerto Rico has established tax regulations. Taxes are charged according to the shipping address(es) of your order.

Payment Policy
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club, Discover, JCB, Ann Taylor card, Ann Taylor E-gift certificate and Ann Taylor gift card.

Return Policy
Ann Taylor will accept return of unworn, unwashed and defective merchandise by mail. Unwashed, unworn or defective merchandise may also be returned or exchanged at any Ann Taylor location with the exception of select merchandise explicitly noted in our return policy. Please note we cannot accept online purchase returns from LOFT, LOFT Outlet or Ann Taylor Factory store locations.We will credit you for returns accompanied by an original receipt, received within 45 days of the purchase for the price paid either in the original form of payment or as a merchandise exchange (in store only).

Terms are subject to change. Purchases made offline are not eligible for rewards. Business purchases are eligible for Member rewards only if the purchase is made for a Member’s business. Purchases made for customers will not be eligible for Member rewards.

If you believe you have a purchase that did not register in your Earned Activity Report, please check your Click History. The purchase must have a Click ID in order to submit a purchase inquiry. Once you locate the Click ID associated with the purchase, please email a copy of the invoice to commissions@rovia.com. Invoices must be submitted at least 30 days past the date of purchase and within six months of the purchase. The merchant is unable to investigate invoices submitted outside of this timeframe. Please note, once you submit a purchase inquiry, the merchant may take up to 16 weeks to complete their investigation. You will be notified of the outcome as soon as the investigation is complete.
