We ship many orders the same business day. Orders placed weekdays after 10 p.m. Eastern time (7 p.m. Pacific time), weekends, holidays and orders containing certain large products ship the next business day. Orders containing customized desktop and notebook PCs ship as soon as they are built. HP.com ships to street addresses within the 50 United States and the District of Columbia. We cannot deliver to P.O. boxes, private mail box stores, United States territories, or addresses outside the 50 United States and the District of Columbia.
We aim to provide our customers with competitive prices on the products we offer. Prior to submitting your order you will have the opportunity to review product prices and any applicable sales tax, shipping, and handling charges. Prices are exclusive of, and Customer shall pay, all taxes, duties, levies or fees, or other similar charges imposed on HP or on the Customer by any taxing authority (other than taxes imposed on HP's income) related to Customer's order. If you feel your order should be tax exempt you must provide a valid tax exempt certificate—other than a resale certificate—at the time you place the order. HP.com sales are intended for personal use and not for resale so we do not accept resale certificates. Please review the detailed instructions regarding submittal of valid acceptable certificates.
We accept Discover Network, Visa, MasterCard, American Express credit cards, PayPal Express Checkout, and HP.com gift cards.
We accept returns or exchanges for up to 30 days after receipt of your order. After the 30 day period, you can contact HP Technical Support for product support. Only items that have been purchased directly from HP.com, either through the HP Online Store or by phone can be returned. We can't accept returns or exchanges for items from the HP Parts Store, HP Technical Support, HP Retailers, HP Software or repairs. Exceptions apply, including, but not limited to gift cards except where required by law and packaged software when the original packaging has been opened. To return or exchange an item, you must first obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) from HP, either by calling 1-888-650-1544, online or via Chat. Any product returned outside the HP Online Store Returns & Exchange Process without authorization may result in delays. Also, you will assume full liability for products that may be lost. Do not refuse delivery or return the product without calling us.
Terms are subject to change. Purchases made offline are not eligible for rewards.
Business purchases are eligible for Member rewards only if the purchase is made
for a Member’s business. Purchases made for customers will not be eligible for Member rewards.
If you believe you have a purchase that did not register in your Earned Activity
Report, please check your Click History. The purchase must have a Click ID in order
to submit a purchase inquiry. Once you locate the Click ID associated with the
purchase, please email a copy of the invoice to firstname.lastname@example.org. Invoices
must be submitted at least 30 days past the date of purchase and within six months
of the purchase. The merchant is unable to investigate invoices submitted outside
of this timeframe. Please note, once you submit a purchase inquiry, the merchant
may take up to 16 weeks to complete their investigation. You will be notified of
the outcome as soon as the investigation is complete.
