Most items are shipped from our warehouse by UPS to arrive within five business days of our receiving your order. For an additional we also offer rush shipping, shipping to Alaska and Hawaii and to US territories. Custom-manufactured items shipped directly from the manufacturer arrive within one to two weeks. Oversize items typically take longer to deliver and sometimes require special treatment White Glove Delivery. Shipping charges depend on your order total.
Sales tax on the merchandise total is charged for nonfood items shipped to the following states and U.S. territories: AL*, AR*, AZ, CA*, CO*, CT*, DC*, FL*, GA*, HI*, IA, ID, IL*, IN*, KS*, KY*, LA*, MA, MD*, ME*, MI*, MN*, MO*, MS*, NC*, ND*, NE*, NJ*, NM*, NV*, NY*, OH*, OK, PA*, RI*, SC*, SD*, TN*, TX*, UT, VA*, VT*, WA*, WI*, WV*, WY and Puerto Rico*. States and U.S. territories marked with an asterisk also collect taxes on shipping and processing charges.

At Williams-Sonoma, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please return the item for an exchange or refund of the merchandise value. An original receipt or gift receipt is required for all returns of non-defective items. Returns of non-defective items must be made within 90 days of the original purchase date. We cannot accept returns of personalized or monogrammed merchandise, special-order items or products that have been shipped directly from the manufacturer except when due to defect. We cannot accept returns of final-sale furniture, lighting or rugs noted as final sale on the item's product page.
Terms are subject to change. Purchases made offline are not eligible for rewards.
Business purchases are eligible for Member rewards only if the purchase is made
for a Member’s business. Purchases made for customers will not be eligible for Member rewards.
If you believe you have a purchase that did not register in your Earned Activity
Report, please check your Click History. The purchase must have a Click ID in order
to submit a purchase inquiry. Once you locate the Click ID associated with the
purchase, please email a copy of the invoice to firstname.lastname@example.org. Invoices
must be submitted at least 30 days past the date of purchase and within six months
of the purchase. The merchant is unable to investigate invoices submitted outside
of this timeframe. Please note, once you submit a purchase inquiry, the merchant
may take up to 16 weeks to complete their investigation. You will be notified of
the outcome as soon as the investigation is complete.
