Hot Topic offers a variety of fast and secure shipping methods so customers receive their orders in a timely, worry-free manner. Hot Topic also offers $5.99 Standard Shipping & free in-store returns/exchanges. Choose from Ship to Store, Standard, Expedited, or International Shipping. Hottopic.com ships to all 50 states, APO/FPO addresses, U.S. territories and possessions and over 150+ countries. For information on shipping to APO/FPO addresses or on International Shipping.Tracking your order is easy online or via our Customer Service team. Processing time and shipping estimates are dependent on payment authorization. Hot Topic does not ship to International or domestic freight forwarders.

Tax Policy
All sales tax is calculated according to the state and county tax laws in which the order is being shipped. The tax calculation shown online is only a quote. There are situations where this quote will differ from the total charged. Once your order is finalized, the sales tax will be re-calculated based on city, state, county and district tax rates. The difference between the two is usually no more than a few cents.

Payment Policy
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Hot Topic gift cards, PayPal and ATM/debit cards with a Visa or MasterCard logo.

Return Policy
We hope you love what you’ve ordered, but if there’s an issue or you’re not 100% satisfied, return your item(s) to the nearest Hot Topic Store (please verify that item is returnable to store) or by mail using our self-serve return form. Returns/exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date. Hot Topic items sell quickly, so contact us as soon as possible to make exchanges. All clearance items purchased on Hottopic.com are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Please save the invoice you received with your package. It’s your receipt in case you need to return/exchange your item(s). Allow 2-4 weeks for processing returns/exchanges. Hot Topic is not responsible for lost or damaged packages. Merchandise purchased with a credit card or gift card can be returned or exchanged at your local Hot Topic store if you have your order confirmation.

Terms are subject to change. Purchases made offline are not eligible for rewards. Business purchases are eligible for Member rewards only if the purchase is made for a Member’s business. Purchases made for customers will not be eligible for Member rewards.

If you believe you have a purchase that did not register in your Earned Activity Report, please check your Click History. The purchase must have a Click ID in order to submit a purchase inquiry. Once you locate the Click ID associated with the purchase, please email a copy of the invoice to commissions@rovia.com. Invoices must be submitted at least 30 days past the date of purchase and within six months of the purchase. The merchant is unable to investigate invoices submitted outside of this timeframe. Please note, once you submit a purchase inquiry, the merchant may take up to 16 weeks to complete their investigation. You will be notified of the outcome as soon as the investigation is complete.
