Shipping Policy
We offer FREE standard domestic shipping with a purchase of $70 or more. Orders for Second business day, Next business day and express mail that are placed by 11am CST will leave our warehouse the same day. Orders shipping outside the continental United States may have shipping delays. Typically, in-stock items take 7-15 business days. For APO/FPO Addresses, please note all packages will be delivered via United States Postal Service and are not eligible for express options. Standard shipping and priority shipping are routed by UPS and delivered locally by the United States Post Office (USPS). If your in-stock order is placed by 11am CST, it will ship the same day (weekends and holidays excluded).
Tax Policy
Appropriate sales tax is calculated during the order check out process and is based on existing local, state and federal laws. Any taxes imposed will be specified in your cart prior to submitting your order.

Return Policy
We want you to love your purchase! If you aren't 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a credit or exchange. We only accept new, odor-free merchandise with original tags. Items returned within 30 days will receive credit back on their initial credit card or account. Please note that all items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return - this includes final sale items with .99 endings.

Business purchases are eligible for Member rewards only if the purchase is made
for a Member’s business. Purchases made for customers will not be eligible for Member rewards.
Purchase Inquiries:
If you believe you have a purchase that did not register in your Earned Activity
Report, please check your Click History. The purchase must have a Click ID in order
to submit a purchase inquiry. Once you locate the Click ID associated with the
purchase, please email a copy of the invoice to commissions@rovia.com. Invoices
must be submitted at least 30 days past the date of purchase and within six months
of the purchase. The merchant is unable to investigate invoices submitted outside
of this timeframe. Please note, once you submit a purchase inquiry, the merchant
may take up to 16 weeks to complete their investigation. You will be notified of
the outcome as soon as the investigation is complete.
