Depending on the item(s) you purchase on www.haggar.com and the location to which the items will be delivered, different shipping methods are available. At checkout, you will be prompted to choose a shipping method for your item(s). Shipping costs are based on the shipping method of choice and on the retail price of the merchandise, prior to any promotional discounts (see table below). Your total shipping charges will automatically compute during checkout prior to the completion of your order. Generally, you will have the option to upgrade your shipping method for faster delivery (such as Second Day or Overnight service). Your order must be received and clear credit authorization by 12:00 p.m. (noon) EST or your order may not be processed until the following business day. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.
The amount of tax charged to an order will be calculated based on the shipment destination's state and local sales tax laws. We do not charge sales tax on the purchase of Online Gift Certificates. However, items purchased with Online Gift Certificates will be taxed if shipped to the states and locales mentioned above.

We want you to be fully satisfied with every item that you purchase from www.haggar.com. If you are not satisfied with an item that you have purchased, you may return the item within 30 days after the order date for a full refund of the purchase price. All returns may be returned FREE OF CHARGE by utilizing the prepaid label included on the bottom of your purchase receipt. Simply cut the label off the bottom of the purchase receipt, tape the label to your package, and take the package to a UPS pick-up location. The item must be returned in good condition, with all tags and labels attached, in original container (whenever possible), and with order receipt to ensure credit.
Terms are subject to change. Purchases made offline are not eligible for rewards.
Business purchases are eligible for Member rewards only if the purchase is made
for a Member’s business. Purchases made for customers will not be eligible for Member rewards.
If you believe you have a purchase that did not register in your Earned Activity
Report, please check your Click History. The purchase must have a Click ID in order
to submit a purchase inquiry. Once you locate the Click ID associated with the
purchase, please email a copy of the invoice to firstname.lastname@example.org. Invoices
must be submitted at least 30 days past the date of purchase and within six months
of the purchase. The merchant is unable to investigate invoices submitted outside
of this timeframe. Please note, once you submit a purchase inquiry, the merchant
may take up to 16 weeks to complete their investigation. You will be notified of
the outcome as soon as the investigation is complete.
