Shipping Policy
Most orders are processed within 24 hours of receipt. Orders are processed and shipped on business days only. We offer UPS Ground, UPS 2nd Day Air, and UPS Next Day Air. Standard shipping to the contiguous US is within 5-7 business days from ship date. Standard shipping to Alaska and Hawaii is within 7-10 business days from ship date. Shipping fees depend on your order total. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.
Tax Policy
We are required by law to charge sales tax in those states where there are H2O Plus store locations. These states include: California, Illinois, Nevada, and New York.
Payment Policy
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diners Club.
Return Policy
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your H2O Plus web purchase, simply return it within 30 days and we will be happy to exchange or credit your account for the full amount of the purchase. The original receipt indicating the reason for return must accompany the item being returned. Please ship by FedEx or insured Parcel Post for your protection and to ensure prompt delivery. Return shipping fees are not refundable.

Business purchases are eligible for Member rewards only if the purchase is made
for a Member’s business. Purchases made for customers will not be eligible for Member rewards.
Purchase Inquiries:
If you believe you have a purchase that did not register in your Earned Activity
Report, please check your Click History. The purchase must have a Click ID in order
to submit a purchase inquiry. Once you locate the Click ID associated with the
purchase, please email a copy of the invoice to commissions@rovia.com. Invoices
must be submitted at least 30 days past the date of purchase and within six months
of the purchase. The merchant is unable to investigate invoices submitted outside
of this timeframe. Please note, once you submit a purchase inquiry, the merchant
may take up to 16 weeks to complete their investigation. You will be notified of
the outcome as soon as the investigation is complete.
