Most purchases are shipped from our warehouse in New Jersey by Federal Express, to arrive within 7 - 10 business days from receipt of your order. For an additional charge of $10.00 per address, we can expedite delivery by Federal Express to most destinations in 2 - 3 business days.
We only charge sales tax in the states where our stores are located. This tax is based on the shipping address. You can browse our store locator to double check if we have a store in your state.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Discover, Paypal, Amazon and gift card.
Please call 1.888.623.2880 to get a Return Merchandise Authorization number. We will call our shipping company and a call tag will be issued for merchandise pick up. Please enclose your invoice and merchandise in a box. Please allow 2 weeks from the day you return you package for your merchandise credit to be issued. Exchanges or store credits won't be possible without a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization number).
Terms are subject to change. Purchases made offline are not eligible for rewards.
Business purchases are eligible for Member rewards only if the purchase is made
for a Member’s business. Purchases made for customers will not be eligible for Member rewards.
If you believe you have a purchase that did not register in your Earned Activity
Report, please check your Click History. The purchase must have a Click ID in order
to submit a purchase inquiry. Once you locate the Click ID associated with the
purchase, please email a copy of the invoice to email@example.com. Invoices
must be submitted at least 30 days past the date of purchase and within six months
of the purchase. The merchant is unable to investigate invoices submitted outside
of this timeframe. Please note, once you submit a purchase inquiry, the merchant
may take up to 16 weeks to complete their investigation. You will be notified of
the outcome as soon as the investigation is complete.
