In-stock items normally leave our warehouse within 24 hours of receiving your order and are shipped via Parcel Post (Post Office). Depending upon where you live, your package should arrive in 5-7 business days. Delivery times are estimated on in-stock availability and depend on where you live. Business days do not include weekends or federal holidays. Shipping and processing charges include processing your orders and payments, receiving and storing goods at our warehouse, processing returns, packing and delivering our products in a manner that assures a safe, secure and timely delivery of your order and replacing any goods that are lost or damaged in transit. These charges are non-refundable. Orders may be shipped to one address only.
If you are a Wisconsin or Virginia resident, our company is required to collect sales tax on your order.

If you're not completely satisfied with any item you purchase from us, send it back within 120 days and we'll replace it or give you a refund. Any product returned to us must be in the condition you received them (unworn) and in the original box and/or packaging. Shipping and processing charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for the return postage. We do offer our "Return Label" as a return option. The Return Label can simplify the return process and save you a trip to the post office (The cost of using the prepaid return label service will be deducted from your refund). The Return Label service is not available for APO/FPO, Alaska, Hawaii or U.S. Territory shipments. Some orders ship directly from the vendor and may be excluded from our Return Label service. Also, please note that fragrances, hair care, skin care & cosmetics must be returned unopened with the factory seal intact. Exchanges are permitted for identical product only.

for a Member’s business. Purchases made for customers will not be eligible for Member rewards.
If you believe you have a purchase that did not register in your Earned Activity
Report, please check your Click History. The purchase must have a Click ID in order
to submit a purchase inquiry. Once you locate the Click ID associated with the
purchase, please email a copy of the invoice to firstname.lastname@example.org. Invoices
must be submitted at least 30 days past the date of purchase and within six months
of the purchase. The merchant is unable to investigate invoices submitted outside
of this timeframe. Please note, once you submit a purchase inquiry, the merchant
may take up to 16 weeks to complete their investigation. You will be notified of
the outcome as soon as the investigation is complete.
