AutoBarn.com currently offers Standard Ground, UPS 2nd Day Air Saver and UPS Next Day Saver shipping. We do not offer UPS Saturday delivery at this time. Orders shipped by Standard Ground may be shipped by UPS or the USPS depending on weight and destination address.

Payment Policy
We accept Visa, Discover, MasterCard, American Express as well as PayPal payments or you can mail in a check or money order.

Return Policy
AutoBarn.com gives you 30 days from the receipt of your package to return new or defective items purchased from AutoBarn.com. This policy does not apply to custom products listed here. Please contact customer service for an RGA # before returning any merchandise.

Terms are subject to change. Purchases made offline are not eligible for rewards. Business purchases are eligible for Member rewards only if the purchase is made for a Member’s business. Purchases made for customers will not be eligible for Member rewards.

If you believe you have a purchase that did not register in your Earned Activity Report, please check your Click History. The purchase must have a Click ID in order to submit a purchase inquiry. Once you locate the Click ID associated with the purchase, please email a copy of the invoice to commissions@rovia.com. Invoices must be submitted at least 30 days past the date of purchase and within six months of the purchase. The merchant is unable to investigate invoices submitted outside of this timeframe. Please note, once you submit a purchase inquiry, the merchant may take up to 16 weeks to complete their investigation. You will be notified of the outcome as soon as the investigation is complete.
