Shipping Policy
Harmon ships orders Monday-Friday except holidays. We currently offer three shipping options within the Contiguous United States: Standard, Two Day Delivery and One Day Delivery. The cost for shipping is based upon your total order amount. We reserve the right to place limitations on our shipping policy for certain overweight orders. In those cases, you will receive an email requesting approval prior to shipment for the actual shipping cost. For APO/FPO addresses, all orders will be shipped via our Standard Service only (Two Day and One Day ship methods are currently not available for APO/FPO addresses). Standard delivery time frames do not apply to APO/FPO shipments. The cost for shipping is based upon your order amount.

Tax Policy
Sales tax might apply depending on state you are shipping to and will be displayed before confirming your order online.

Payment Policy
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and PayPal.

Return Policy
Returns can be made at any of our stores nationwide or to our Returns Processing Center. Simply provide your original receipt or packing slip and we will complete an exchange or merchandise refund for the amount paid to the original form of payment. Please note that whenever a Merchandise Credit is issued, customers will be asked to provide a government issued ID. This will help ensure if a Merchandise Credit is ever lost, we can research and/or replace.

Terms are subject to change. Purchases made offline are not eligible for rewards. Business purchases are eligible for Member rewards only if the purchase is made for a Member’s business. Purchases made for customers will not be eligible for Member rewards.

If you believe you have a purchase that did not register in your Earned Activity Report, please check your Click History. The purchase must have a Click ID in order to submit a purchase inquiry. Once you locate the Click ID associated with the purchase, please email a copy of the invoice to commissions@rovia.com. Invoices must be submitted at least 30 days past the date of purchase and within six months of the purchase. The merchant is unable to investigate invoices submitted outside of this timeframe. Please note, once you submit a purchase inquiry, the merchant may take up to 16 weeks to complete their investigation. You will be notified of the outcome as soon as the investigation is complete.
