Shipping Policy
Our standard shipping option is free for most domestic US orders! In addition, we at A4C are dedicated to providing quick order processing, as well as swift and reliable shipments. We really like to get those items to you quickly and with minimum hassle so that you can begin enjoying them as soon as possible. If you need your items delivered a bit quicker, we also offer Priority Mail, Express Mail, Next Day Air and more.
Tax Policy
We are required by law to charge sales tax on any order that is being shipped within New York State.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover PayPal and Google Checkout.
Return Policy
If for any reason you are dissatisfied with any item you’ve received, at A4C we offer a 30-day guarantee enabling you to return your purchases and receive a full refund. If the item you received is defective, we will cover the shipping cost back to us to help minimize any inconvenience for you. Please note that items must be completely intact, with all original parts and packaging, in order to be eligible for return.

Business purchases are eligible for Member rewards only if the purchase is made
for a Member’s business. Purchases made for customers will not be eligible for Member rewards.
Purchase Inquiries:
If you believe you have a purchase that did not register in your Earned Activity
Report, please check your Click History. The purchase must have a Click ID in order
to submit a purchase inquiry. Once you locate the Click ID associated with the
purchase, please email a copy of the invoice to commissions@rovia.com. Invoices
must be submitted at least 30 days past the date of purchase and within six months
of the purchase. The merchant is unable to investigate invoices submitted outside
of this timeframe. Please note, once you submit a purchase inquiry, the merchant
may take up to 16 weeks to complete their investigation. You will be notified of
the outcome as soon as the investigation is complete.
