We provide Free US Express Delivery on a Duty Paid basis. You should receive your order in 2-3 working days.

US orders are sent on a Duty Paid service.

Payment Policy
We accept the following cards in payment for purchases made online: Mastercard, Visa, Visa Delta, Maestro and Solo. We also accept Paypal and Monica Vinader online gift vouchers.

Return Policy
Returning an item couldn't be easier. Try your purchases in the comfort of your own home and if you need to send them back we will be happy to offer you an exchange or refund within 30 days of purchase. This includes items purchased in the sale or with a promotion code. All returns must be accompanied by a copy of your proof of purchase.

Terms are subject to change. Purchases made offline are not eligible for rewards. Business purchases are eligible for Member rewards only if the purchase is made for a Member’s business. Purchases made for customers will not be eligible for Member rewards.

If you believe you have a purchase that did not register in your Earned Activity Report, please check your Click History. The purchase must have a Click ID in order to submit a purchase inquiry. Once you locate the Click ID associated with the purchase, please email a copy of the invoice to commissions@rovia.com. Invoices must be submitted at least 30 days past the date of purchase and within six months of the purchase. The merchant is unable to investigate invoices submitted outside of this timeframe. Please note, once you submit a purchase inquiry, the merchant may take up to 16 weeks to complete their investigation. You will be notified of the outcome as soon as the investigation is complete.
