Shipping Policy
Most orders are processed within 24-48 hours of receipt. Processing time does not include weekends or holidays. Orders are processed and shipped on business days only Monday through Friday excluding major holidays. Orders shipped via Standard Shipping are delivered within 7-10 business days from the order's ship date. Orders shipped via Priority Shipping are delivered within 3-5 business days from ship date. Orders shipped via UPS Expedited are delivered within 2 business days of ship date. UPS Expedited orders placed by 10am PST will be processed and shipped the same day depending on product availability. Orders placed after 10am PST will be processed and shipped the next business day. Orders shipped via Overnight Shipping are delivered within 1 business day from the order's ship date. Overnight orders placed by 11am PST will be processed and shipped the same day depending on product availability.

Tax Policy
Murad was recently acquired by Unilever. As part of that transition as of September 1, 2015, we are now required to charge sales tax in the following states: Arkansas, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Kansas, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, North Dakota, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Vermont, Washington, West Virginia and Wyoming. We realize that this change can be a bit confusing if you reside outside of California which up until the change, was the only state required to pay sales tax. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Return Policy

They can help customize your kit so it better meets your needs. If a custom kit doesn't make sense for you, a team member can help you return your product. Whatever you choose to do, Murad stands behind its products with a 60-day money-back guarantee (from ship date) on all products purchased directly from Murad. This means if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you can return the products back to Murad for a full refund of the purchase price, even if the bottles are empty (less shipping and handling).

Terms are subject to change. Purchases made offline are not eligible for rewards. Business purchases are eligible for Member rewards only if the purchase is made for a Member’s business. Purchases made for customers will not be eligible for Member rewards.

If you believe you have a purchase that did not register in your Earned Activity Report, please check your Click History. The purchase must have a Click ID in order to submit a purchase inquiry. Once you locate the Click ID associated with the purchase, please email a copy of the invoice to commissions@rovia.com. Invoices must be submitted at least 30 days past the date of purchase and within six months of the purchase. The merchant is unable to investigate invoices submitted outside of this timeframe. Please note, once you submit a purchase inquiry, the merchant may take up to 16 weeks to complete their investigation. You will be notified of the outcome as soon as the investigation is complete.
