Return Policy
If you purchased a Moto G or Moto X from Motorola, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to return it for full credit (30-days in California). If you are returning a device purchased with service you will need to contact Motorola Activations at 800-693-4984, to ensure new service is cancelled, or reinstate upgrade eligibility for existing service. If you purchase an accessory from our online store, you have 30-days to return it back to us for full credit.

Terms are subject to change. Purchases made offline are not eligible for rewards. Business purchases are eligible for Member rewards only if the purchase is made for a Member’s business. Purchases made for customers will not be eligible for Member rewards.

If you believe you have a purchase that did not register in your Earned Activity Report, please check your Click History. The purchase must have a Click ID in order to submit a purchase inquiry. Once you locate the Click ID associated with the purchase, please email a copy of the invoice to commissions@rovia.com. Invoices must be submitted at least 30 days past the date of purchase and within six months of the purchase. The merchant is unable to investigate invoices submitted outside of this timeframe. Please note, once you submit a purchase inquiry, the merchant may take up to 16 weeks to complete their investigation. You will be notified of the outcome as soon as the investigation is complete.
