We ship online orders via USPS, UPS and FedEx Home Delivery. We do ship FedEx, expedited shipping to AK, HI and Puerto Rico. Additional shipping charges will apply. Please call 1-800-229-2901 and one of our representatives will be able to assist you. Please provide a physical street address for delivery. Items shipped directly from the manufacturer are not available for shipping outside the continental U.S.A. No international orders. Customers living outside the Continental US and customers requesting expedited shipping are required to include a physical street address. We are unable to ship to APO or FPO addresses.
Heartland America is required by law to collect sales tax on orders shipped to Minnesota 6.875%, Nevada 6.85% plus applicable county taxes. Heartland America is not responsible for international duties or taxes.

At Heartland America, our customer's satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with an item you've purchased from Heartland America, you may return it within 30 days for a full refund of the merchandise price. After 30 days, items may be returned for a merchandise credit (up to 90 days). Some restrictions may apply.

If you believe you have a purchase that did not register in your Earned Activity
Report, please check your Click History. The purchase must have a Click ID in order
to submit a purchase inquiry. Once you locate the Click ID associated with the
purchase, please email a copy of the invoice to firstname.lastname@example.org. Invoices
must be submitted at least 30 days past the date of purchase and within six months
of the purchase. The merchant is unable to investigate invoices submitted outside
of this timeframe. Please note, once you submit a purchase inquiry, the merchant
may take up to 16 weeks to complete their investigation. You will be notified of
the outcome as soon as the investigation is complete.
