Shipping Policy
Pre-orders will ship via 2-day shipping on or prior to the committed ship by date. Free 2-day shipping when you order online M-F by 8 PM EST, Sat by 2 PM, will deliver in two business days within the U.S. only (excludes AK & HI). Orders placed after 2 PM Sat EST will deliver on Wednesday. Overnight Shippping to destinations within the contiguous US is generally available for orders placed M-F until 11 PM EST excluding holidays. Subject to credit authorization, verification and inventory availability. Orders that contain a pre-order or backorder device will ship via 2-day shipping when inventory is available.

Tax Policy
We're required by law to charge you certain taxes, surcharges and assessments. These could include mandates from the FCC, Federal, state or local authorities.

Payment Policy
We accept Visa, MasterCard or Discover.

Return Policy
You may terminate service for any reason within 14 days of activation. If you purchased a wireless device at a promotional price at the time of activation, you must return it within the device return period to avoid being assessed an Early Termination Fee of $175 or $350 if you purchased an Advanced Device. You will remain responsible for your Activation Fee unless you terminate service within 3 days of activation. You will also be responsible for all applicable usage fees, prorated access charges, taxes, surcharges or other charges that accrued to your account through the termination date. If you paid a security deposit, it may take between 30 and 60 days to process the return of your security deposit. The charges for any service used on the account before the service termination date may be applied against your security deposit. You may return or exchange wireless devices and accessories within 14 days of purchase.

Terms are subject to change. Purchases made offline are not eligible for rewards. Business purchases are eligible for Member rewards only if the purchase is made for a Member’s business. Purchases made for customers will not be eligible for Member rewards.

Purchase Inquiries:

If you believe you have a purchase that did not register in your Earned Activity Report, please check your Click History. The purchase must have a Click ID in order to submit a purchase inquiry. Once you locate the Click ID associated with the purchase, please email a copy of the invoice to commissions@rovia.com. Invoices must be submitted at least 30 days past the date of purchase and within six months of the purchase. The merchant is unable to investigate invoices submitted outside of this timeframe. Please note, once you submit a purchase inquiry, the merchant may take up to 16 weeks to complete their investigation. You will be notified of the outcome as soon as the investigation is complete.
