Most orders are processed within one to two business days (processing time does not include weekend days). Orders with Priority Shipping (Second Day and Overnight) will be processed the same day if received by 11:00 AM EST. Orders are processed and shipped on business days only (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays). We are currently unable to accept orders that are billed to or shipped to destinations outside the U.S.
We are required by law to collect state sales tax on orders being shipped to the following states - AL, AZ, CA, CO, CT, DC, FL, GA, HI, IL, IN, KS, KY, LA, MA, MD, ME, MI, MN, MO, NC, NJ, NM, NV, NY, OH, OK, PA, RI, TN, TX, VA, VT, WA, WI. Please fill out the "Return Section" of the invoice (the invoice is enclosed in your original order) and place it inside the return package. Be sure to retain a copy of the invoice for your records. if you are returning a gift, please check the box marked "Gift Return" on the back of the invoice. For your convenience, we have provided a return label on the invoice that should be affixed to the outside of the return package. Your return will be processed promptly upon its arrival. Aveda eGift Cards cannot be returned or exchanged.
Terms are subject to change. Purchases made offline are not eligible for rewards.
Business purchases are eligible for Member rewards only if the purchase is made
for a Member’s business. Purchases made for customers will not be eligible for Member rewards.
If you believe you have a purchase that did not register in your Earned Activity
Report, please check your Click History. The purchase must have a Click ID in order
to submit a purchase inquiry. Once you locate the Click ID associated with the
purchase, please email a copy of the invoice to email@example.com. Invoices
must be submitted at least 30 days past the date of purchase and within six months
of the purchase. The merchant is unable to investigate invoices submitted outside
of this timeframe. Please note, once you submit a purchase inquiry, the merchant
may take up to 16 weeks to complete their investigation. You will be notified of
the outcome as soon as the investigation is complete.
