We offer ground shipping, 2nd day air, next day air and standard shipping to HI or AK. In stock items usually arrive within 4-8 business days, or fewer if we are shipping to the metropolitan NY area. Expedited shipping is available for an additional freight charge. We ship only to the Continental US, Alaska and Hawaii; no shipping to US Territories. We ship only to street addresses, or APO/FPO. We do ship not to PO Boxes. Shipping costs depend on your order total and the shipping method chosen.
Applicable sales tax will be charged to residents of New York, Connecticut and Washington State.

If you are not satisfied with your HankyPanky.com purchase, you may return or exchange full-priced unworn, unwashed or defective merchandise with all original tags attached within 30 days of receiving your package. Refunds will be credited back to the original purchasing card.

Business purchases are eligible for Member rewards only if the purchase is made
for a Member’s business. Purchases made for customers will not be eligible for Member rewards.
If you believe you have a purchase that did not register in your Earned Activity
Report, please check your Click History. The purchase must have a Click ID in order
to submit a purchase inquiry. Once you locate the Click ID associated with the
purchase, please email a copy of the invoice to email@example.com. Invoices
must be submitted at least 30 days past the date of purchase and within six months
of the purchase. The merchant is unable to investigate invoices submitted outside
of this timeframe. Please note, once you submit a purchase inquiry, the merchant
may take up to 16 weeks to complete their investigation. You will be notified of
the outcome as soon as the investigation is complete.
