HUGO BOSS ships to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii. Our online store is proud to offer shipping to APO/FPO addresses. For shipments to American Samoa, Guam, Marshall Islands, Micronesia, Northern Marianas, Palau, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands and P.O. Boxes merchandise is shipped via U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail and please allow five to ten business days for delivery. Unfortunately, at this time we do not offer express shipping services to APO/FPO addresses.
HUGO BOSS charges sales tax where applicable including AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, HI, IL, MA, MI, MN, NJ, NV, NY, OH, SC, TX, VA, WA and WI.

Merchandise returns purchased from the HUGO BOSS Online Store may be returned to the online store via the free prepaid UPS shipping label included with your original order or at local non-outlet HUGO BOSS store locations. To receive free return shipping, you must use the prepaid UPS domestic return shipping label included with your order. The item(s) must be new, unworn, unwashed, unaltered merchandise in resalable condition with original tags attached from the HUGO BOSS online store. Returns made within 30 days of the purchase date will be eligible for a full refund to the original form of payment.

Business purchases are eligible for Member rewards only if the purchase is made
for a Member’s business. Purchases made for customers will not be eligible for Member rewards.
If you believe you have a purchase that did not register in your Earned Activity
Report, please check your Click History. The purchase must have a Click ID in order
to submit a purchase inquiry. Once you locate the Click ID associated with the
purchase, please email a copy of the invoice to firstname.lastname@example.org. Invoices
must be submitted at least 30 days past the date of purchase and within six months
of the purchase. The merchant is unable to investigate invoices submitted outside
of this timeframe. Please note, once you submit a purchase inquiry, the merchant
may take up to 16 weeks to complete their investigation. You will be notified of
the outcome as soon as the investigation is complete.
