We offer free overnight shipping on all orders. Air shipments to P.O. boxes are not permitted. For certain destinations and oversized items, your shipping options may be limited. We offer Overnight, 2-Day, Ground and Standard service rates to Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico with some limitations. There is no extra fee to Alaska and Hawaii for Ground and Standard shipments. Air shipments will reflect a $5.00 surcharge. All shipments to APO/FPO addresses are sent via our Standard service level. We estimate 5 to 14 business days for delivery once the order has been shipped; however, some destinations may take longer.
Sales tax is charged only on orders sent within the states of Alabama, Arkansas, California, Georgia, Illinois, Kentucky, Michigan, Mississippi, Missouri, Nevada, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, and Utah. When you place your order online Ray-Ban provides an estimated sales tax for the states listed above. Actual sales tax will be calculated and charged at the time your order is shipped.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please call Ray-Ban.com Customer Care for a Return Authorization (RA) number within 45 days of receipt of product. The product must be returned within 30 calendar days of the issuance of the RA number. All products must be packed in the original packaging including any accessories, manuals, documentation and registration that was included with the product. If the item is returned in the original packaging, we will exchange it or provide you a refund based on your original method of payment. Returns that do not meet these conditions may be subject to a restocking fee.
Terms are subject to change. Purchases made offline are not eligible for rewards.
Business purchases are eligible for Member rewards only if the purchase is made
for a Member’s business. Purchases made for customers will not be eligible for Member rewards.
If you believe you have a purchase that did not register in your Earned Activity
Report, please check your Click History. The purchase must have a Click ID in order
to submit a purchase inquiry. Once you locate the Click ID associated with the
purchase, please email a copy of the invoice to email@example.com. Invoices
must be submitted at least 30 days past the date of purchase and within six months
of the purchase. The merchant is unable to investigate invoices submitted outside
of this timeframe. Please note, once you submit a purchase inquiry, the merchant
may take up to 16 weeks to complete their investigation. You will be notified of
the outcome as soon as the investigation is complete.
