Please note our warehouse is open Monday-Friday, any orders received after 1:00 PM ET on Friday or on a weekend day will ship the following week. Our warehouse is closed on all national holidays and orders will ship the following business day. Every attempt will be made to ship UPS 2nd Day and UPS Overnight orders received before 1:00 PM ET Monday-Friday on the same day they are placed. Orders received after 1:00 PM ET will ship the following business day. UPS 2nd Day and Overnight orders cannot be delivered on Saturdays. Ahava is only able to ship to P.O and APO addresses via the USPS Ground Shipping option. For other methods of shipping, please provide a physical address.

to submit a purchase inquiry. Once you locate the Click ID associated with the
purchase, please email a copy of the invoice to email@example.com. Invoices
must be submitted at least 30 days past the date of purchase and within six months
of the purchase. The merchant is unable to investigate invoices submitted outside
of this timeframe. Please note, once you submit a purchase inquiry, the merchant
