Shipping Policy
If order contains preorder/backorder & in stock items, in stock items will ship first preorder/backorder items will ship when available. To know when your in-stock package will arrive, visit the Product page and look under the "Add to Cart" button OR during checkout at the "Shipping step”, where we clearly mention by when you will receive your package. The message calculates the delivery date based on your "zip code” (you can edit it if the default is incorrect) and upcoming warehouse holidays as well as the default carrier shipping method applicable at the time of placing the order (which is usually Free UPS Ground shipping). Please note that some orders may be delayed in processing if they require further inquiry from our customer service team. Return Policy
Enjoy Free Returns. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase then please contact us. We will gladly exchange your product or give you a full refund within 30 days of purchase. We will even pay to have the product shipped back. There is absolutely no risk to you.

Terms are subject to change. Purchases made offline are not eligible for rewards. Business purchases are eligible for Member rewards only if the purchase is made for a Member’s business. Purchases made for customers will not be eligible for Member rewards.

If you believe you have a purchase that did not register in your Earned Activity Report, please check your Click History. The purchase must have a Click ID in order to submit a purchase inquiry. Once you locate the Click ID associated with the purchase, please email a copy of the invoice to commissions@rovia.com. Invoices must be submitted at least 30 days past the date of purchase and within six months of the purchase. The merchant is unable to investigate invoices submitted outside of this timeframe. Please note, once you submit a purchase inquiry, the merchant may take up to 16 weeks to complete their investigation. You will be notified of the outcome as soon as the investigation is complete.
