As is standard practice, the USPS does not deliver on Sunday; thus, we kindly ask that you anticipate 4-8 business days for shipping. Standard shipping charges will apply. Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, and the U.S. Virgin Islands takes 4-6 weeks. We do not ship outside the U.S. at this time.

    Purchase Inquiries:
    If you believe you have a purchase that did not register in your Earned Activity Report, please check your Click History. The purchase must have a Click ID in order to submit a purchase inquiry. Once you locate the Click ID associated with the purchase, please email a copy of the invoice to commissions@rovia.com. Invoices must be submitted at least 30 days past the date of purchase and within six months of the purchase. The merchant is unable to investigate invoices submitted outside of this timeframe.
