Our standard shipping carrier is FedEx Smartpost – which operates in conjunction with the United States Postal Service. As is standard practice, the USPS does not deliver on Sunday; thus, we kindly ask that you anticipate 4-8 business days for shipping. Standard shipping charges will apply. Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, and the U.S. Virgin Islands takes 4-6 weeks. We do not ship outside the U.S. at this time.
Tax Policy
All orders shipped from Kiehls.com will be subject to sales tax, applicable in accordance with the tax code of the state and city to which the order will be shipped. Tax is estimated at the time an order is placed and a final calculation of the actual sales tax will be reflected on your order confirmation e-mail and packing slip.

Purchase Inquiries:
If you believe you have a purchase that did not register in your Earned Activity
Report, please check your Click History. The purchase must have a Click ID in order
to submit a purchase inquiry. Once you locate the Click ID associated with the
purchase, please email a copy of the invoice to commissions@rovia.com. Invoices
must be submitted at least 30 days past the date of purchase and within six months
of the purchase. The merchant is unable to investigate invoices submitted outside
of this timeframe. Please note, once you submit a purchase inquiry, the merchant
may take up to 16 weeks to complete their investigation. You will be notified of
the outcome as soon as the investigation is complete.
